Charming countryside house of about 100 sm, finely restored inside a property of the second half of XVIII century, at 20 minutes from Casale Monferrato and Asti and an hour from Milan, Turin and Genoa.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation, with independent entrance, is composed by a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and a laundry. It’s provided with autonomous heating and air conditioning.
It has a richly planted garden with a double parking inside.
This area is rich in history, art, food and wine and culture. It is a particular interesting place for lovers of the Slow Life who appreciate beauty, nature, art and good food.

My family and I spent a week in Isabelle’s apartment and we had a great time. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The balcony is also very nice. The apartment is located a short drive from the lovely town Moncalvo, where you will find great restaurants and local town life.
Beautiful house located in the middle of the Italian countryside. Very friendly and welcoming host. Who communicated before and during our stay with us via phone in English. House was clean, spacious and more than lived up to our expectations.
E' raro trovarsi cosi' bene in una casa vacanza. Tutto era perfetto: casa pulita ed arredata con gusto, giardino ombrato e recintato, spazio per posteggiare l'auto, silenzio assoluto la notte.......a parte i grilli :-) Consiglio questo soggiorno a chiunque ami la campagna in generale ed il Monferrato in particolare.
Maison magnifique dans un cadre magnifique. Les plafonds sont hauts, les lits confortables, tout est impeccable et fonctionne, décoré avec goût. En plein hiver, la maison est bien isolée, bien chauffée. Isabelle habite à côté, répond très vite, et se déplace si besoin. C'est vraiment l'hôte des petites attentions et c'est très agréable. Allez-y les yeux fermés !
TOUT SIMPLEMENT EXCEPTIONNEL!!!!!!! et je pèse mes mots. C'est du jamais vu, la maison est 10 fois mieux que ce que traduisent les photos, un vrai havre de paix, une propreté, un espace, des chambres, une literie, une cuisine, enfin la totalité vraiment PARFAITE. Et je n'ai pas parlé de l'accueil ; Isabelle est tout simplement formidable; absolument discrète, mais toujours prête à intervenir si besoin (une adresse, un renseignement etc.) Nous avons réellement passé les 15 meilleurs jours depuis que nous usons de locations saisonnières et nous sommes soixantenaires !! Bien sûr, si vous avez trouvé cette location c'est que vous avez décidé d'aller visiter cette magnifique région donc, je ne m'étendrais pas d'avantage sur tous ces petits villages magnifiques alentour, dont vous entendez les cloches des églises environnantes (cela, devient très rare aujourd'hui) et sur la qualité des vins connus mondialement qui fleurissent dans la région d'Asti. Croyez moi sur parole, Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne regretterez absolument rien, vous ne pouvez qu'êtres totalement séduits.
